- Before becoming a REALTOR(R) in Las Vegas, I worked for some of the top mortgage and commercial banking firms in the nation. My experience includes work in the secondary mortgage lending market as a back of house operations supervisor. I also served my clients as a personal banker specializing in personal and small business accounts. My background in both back-of-house operations as well as in the front lines has provided me with better insight into the real estate industry and my clients. It allows me to better help my clients and friends plan for their Real Estate and wealth building futures.
- I currently hang my license with Century 21 Solutions where I help all types of buyers, sellers, investors, and renters with their real estate needs.
- I currently serve as the Vice Chair for the Nevada Association of REALTORS® and will serve as the Chair in 2012.

Enough about work now about Arlene the person.
- I’ve got the travel bug. I spent my Sophomore year in Heidelberg, Germany with Pepperdine University. There I back packed through Europe during our 3 day weekends. Needless to say, I’ve been hooked on travelling ever since! Now I enjoy cruising the Carnival fleet. I sometimes wonder if I should have been a travel agent.
- I follow the Izod Indycar Series. I started watching when I was invited by my boyfriend at the time (now my husband) in 2003. After the race, he proposed, we got married and have been watching ever since. I’ve been able to travel to and see more parts of the United States than I ever imagined as a result.
- I love to dance. Whether it is dancing to hip hop, ballroom dance, or line dance. I’m all over it! I find it a great way to exercise as well as express myself in a non verbal manner as I do alot of talking in my career.
